While I’ve worn many a grey blazer, this one easily is among the greatest of them: the loosely woven hopsack fabric is what sets this Hardy Amies blazer apart from the rest. “The Hardy,” as the brand calls the fit, is an impeccable program of classic British pieces beyond just sport coats, and every piece truly has the signature Hardy Amies look – and you can get your hands on those on Bloomie‘s website. I styled it with a pair of black cropped pants, and then introduced navy with the black and navy socks. I opted for a rather formal shirt with the tabbed white collar, which I thought worked well with the purple paisley tie that also has light blue elements. The mac coat is supposed to tie the navy story back together and the shoes add a last little touch of color.

Adding a Fedora to Your Outfit
By Marcel Floruss
Then there’s the fedora that brought out the grey tones in the outfit and worked well with the knitted scarf, casually hung around my neck. A watch goes with any outfit and even a “manbag” is certainly not considered anything extraterrestrial anymore.
