Wishing It Was Tank Top Season Already

I’m over the freezing temperatures in the city, and the worst is yet to come. Can we just fast-forward to spring? – I can’t with this wintry weather.

I’m dreaming of sunny days, walking along the Hudson River sporting my favorite tank top. But not the kind of tank top that 50 Cents would wear, I’m talking about a fancy one, something that you would never sport to the gym.

Like this Homo Cross from Huntley Homme, made in a soft rayon jersey: extremely comfortable yet scandalous. – I love the fact they took a word that can be use in a very offensive way, played with it creating a subtle still pretty graphic.

SIDENOTE: I had an interview with Huntley Homme’s creative director where he talks about creating a fashion brand inspired by the gay culture. I will be publishing it soon. Stay tuned!

I’ve paired my tank top with these amazing Matiere SS15 harem pants, a cool checked shirt from Trend Clothing, my M4M Huntley Homme hat and my Coach high-tops – Unusually urban for manchic.
