Warby Parker Fall Collection
I recently paid a visit to my optometrist for a checkup and had my prescription updated. Now, I’m eager to purchase a new pair of glasses. While there are many places that someone can purchase a pair of glasses at, I think one of the best places to look for affordable eyewear is Warby Parker. The company has received much acclaim over the past three years, and with good reason.
For starters, Warby Parker’s prescription eyewear starts at $95. The company is able to sell its glasses at this affordable price be designing all of its eyewear in-house and then selling them directly to the consumer, which eliminates extra costs such as licensing fees. In addition, for every pair of glasses sold, Warby Parker donates a pair to a person in need.
Warby Parker has an amazing selection of eyewear as well, which is why I’m glad the company offers a Home Try-on Program. This program allows you to select up to five frames and have them delivered to you, free of charge. You then have five days to try these frames on in-person to see which ones you like, which I think is infinitely more useful service than digitally mapping a pair of glasses onto a photo of my face.
I’ve been wearing a pair of of Warby Parker’s Crosby for the last year-and-a-half and have been looking forward to getting a more classic looking pair. Warby Parker’s Fall Collection contains an array of spectacular tortoise shell frames. I took advantage of the Home Try-On Program and now I’m anxious to place an order for a pair of their new Ames frames.
If you’re in the market for new eyewear, I would highly recommend giving Warby Parker a shot. Not only are the glasses incredibly affordable compared to what you would find in an optometrist office, but you’ll be able to try them on at home to see if you like them.
