Who knew the Swedes had such a deft hand at creating exciting, out-the-box menswear? The new lookbook from The Tailoring Club shows that you can still be well-dressed, impeccably tailored and not look like a dapper dweeb. That's one thing you tend to see a lot in NYC - too many guys take the sartorial thing a little too far, and they eventually come up with a look that is extremely contrived and overly dainty.
For their Autumn/Winter collection, The Tailoring Club offers a master class in manly yet stylish dressing. They show us a little bit of everything: fitted denim looks, roomy-fitting down jackets, precise double-breasted suits, cuffed wool trousers and slick turtleneck sweaters that Sean Connery himself would be proud of. Also, their choice of model, the stone-faced Andre Van Noord is an excellent choice to really bring out the masculine edge in this collection.
