The SS15 collection from Perry Ellis happens to be the debut collection for the brand’s newly appointed Creative Director, Michael Meccari. I was lucky enough to have attended the show and let me tell you it was brilliant! I have already did a small review of the new collection and today I’m just going to touch up a little bit more on the new collection.
Meccari took inspirations from the Big Apple itself – architectural grids and linear elements – along with the work of artist Sean Scully and his repetitive stripe sequences and bold colour. To create a cohesive yet diverse collection, Meccari combines sporty elements with casual and fun elements that translate well onto the style of this collection. Everything is fully functional and versatile which can be incorporated into your daily wardrobe from day-to-night effortlessly. Truly, Perry Ellis is a force to be reckon with when it comes to modern and fresh urban gentlemen style.
Aside from the amazing show, VIP attendees such as Notable attendees include Jay Pharaoh (SNL cast member/comedian), RJ Mitte (actor,Breaking Bad), Eduardo Verastegui (actor), Zuleyka Rivera (actress), Carl Hagelin (New York Rangers) Tyler Ellis (designer), Nigel Barker (fashion photographer/TV personality), Cameron Silver (influencer) and Nick Wooster (influencer) were all spotted at the show.

Father’s Day Gift Guide 2014
