Perry Ellis debuts its fall 2015 collection recently under new creative director Michael Maccari. This is Maccari’s second collection after his magnificent debut collection last year. The fall 2015 collection is bursting with lots of vibrant and neutral colours as well as designs with impeccable details and cut. Maccari focuses on functionality this season without sacrificing the styles and designs; aside from that, he also takes inspirations from sportswear and workwear, from there on, he explores textures, fabrics, proportions, silhouettes and shapes. A few classic pieces such as the boiler suits, technical parkas, and the laborer jacket are reconstructed with modern approach. Every single piece in this collection is styled and layered perfectly without adding too much volume; while the cut and structure of the clothes give a nice silhouette.
