Oppo has officially unveiled its new N1, a Android smartphone heavily customized with skin Color OS. In the lower part there are the soft-touch keys, not capacitive, while in the upper part there is the rotating part which contains on the one hand the speaker for calls with various sensors and the camera with dual LED flash.
The camera is a Sony 13 megapixel, with dual LED flash, which is able to rotate 206 degrees. The display unit is from 5.9 INCHES Full-HD with a pixel density of 377 PPI. There will be two versions of this particular smartphone, one that will allow a 10x optical zoom, the other that will allow 15x. Oppo says that this is the first Android smartphone with a lens with 6 elements, with as many as 67 components regarding the entire camera module.
In the lower position of the camera there is a section of the touch sensitive device, through which it is possible to launch different applications depending on the gesture. This feature is called O-Touch. Oppo N1 will be available in two denominations of internal memory, 16 and 32 GB, while the battery is 3,610 mAh. Oppo also has also created an accessory for this smartphone called O-Hits, through which you can control the camera of your smartphone from a distance of 5 meters, ideal for taking group photos. This accessory will be included in the sales package.
As for connectivity, we have dual band WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and even a tachograph used to monitor the speed when we are driving. The mechanism apparently not quite robust, the rotation of the camera, has been tested for over 1 million times without there having been any kind of problem. This means that you can rotate the camera for about 40 times a day for 7 years and never have a problem whatsoever with this mechanism.
Oppo N1 will most likely be dual-boot: Color OS Android and CyanogenMod. The official box, will also feature the accessory O-Hits of which we spoke earlier. With regard to the materials, Oppo remains on the same of the Find 5 or plastic. The version of Android on which it is based interface Color OS is 4.2 Jelly Bean, which we assume will be updated as soon as the latest release of Android as soon as possible. The device will be available in two colors, the white and the black.
Oppo states that six tenths of a second (0.6 seconds, just over half a second) are needed to focus and take a picture with this smartphone. The processor is a quad-core 1.7 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600, 2 GB of RAM, 5.9-inch screen with 1920 x 1080 resolution e1080p (377 PPI) is another characteristic peak . Oppo N1 is equipped with a touch panel rear, O-Touch, which extends on a square panel of 12 centimeters. The O-Touch allows you to take pictures, scroll, rotate. The Oppo N1 protocol supports WCDMA 3G.
Thanks to the collaboration between the Oppo and the manufacturer of the Android ROM CyanogenMod N1 will have a revamped UI. The OPPO N1 CyanogenMod ROM Edition (based on Android 4.2) has more than 400 features and improvements compared to a stock Android. To feature the ROM Cyanongen will be the international versions of N1. Thus, the N1 will be two versions available Oppo: one with the Oppo Color ROM (standard version), the other with the CyanogenMod ROM.
