Oliver Spencer showcased its Autumn Winter 2015 collection during London Collections: Men 2015. For the new season, Oliver takes inspiration from artist and sculptor, David Nash. Through Nash’s work, Spencer explored the world of textures, fabrications and tones. Every single piece in this collection reflects a modern and contemporary approach with a hint of luxury. Soft and rugged textures juxtapose flattering silhouettes; through the combination of fabrics, Spencer was able to showcase the clean lines and cut of the clothes. Colour palette for this collection is more on the earthy and neutral with a little bit of vibrant colour and floral prints to highlight the collection.
My picks: Floral print bomber jacket; oversize jumper; denim shirt and last but not least dark blue coat with a hood.

Oliver Spencer SS15 Collection
By Vincent Ko
Oliver Spencer’s inspiration for his SS15 collection was Mexican architect Luis Barragán (1902 – 1988). He was motivated by Barragán’s creative use of light, form and space that reflect the spirit of a location; emotional architecture,” connecting people, space and experience.
