Carlsberg has announced the extension of its of male grooming range, helping men across the globe ensure their facial hair is kept in tip-top condition. The ‘Beer’d Beauty’ range, consisting of shaving gel, aftershave cream and moustache cream, has been developed together with a crack team of scientists from the Carlsberg Laboratories in Denmark, with all proceeds from global sales of the range going to the Movember Foundation.
Each of the products in the range contains freeze-dried, powdered beer, which has been found to contain antioxidants, natural oils and antibacterial acids – said to be perfect ingredients for keeping facial hair in great condition throughout the winter months. The range is being sold globally through a number of retail partners, the proceeds of which will go directly to the Movember Foundation with the aim of supporting four key areas – prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and physical inactivity.
