During a recent adventure to Bogota Colombia, we decided to started the trip with a guided food tour, and a delicious one albeit.

During a recent adventure to Bogota Colombia, we decided to started the trip with a guided food tour, and a delicious one albeit, it was an easy way to get to know the city. Lead around by a local, snacking as we went. The tour commenced at one of the cities oldest restaurants, 110 years old and going strong, the owner – Julio Rios – was a character and very proud of his treasure to the city. What to order: ajiaco [soup]; empanadas; and wash it down with a ‘Refajo’.
