A Ski Jacket for the Slopes and Park City Exploring

I’m excited for the upcoming adventures 2015 has to offer, and so glad I got to kick off a new year of travels with a visit to Park City, Utah with the St. Regis Deer Valley. The most important thing to pack when visiting Park City or any other snow town is a proper ski and snowboarding jacket. I wanted to bring one that would not only work on the slopes but also for exploring the area.


I went with Oakley Mig Lite Jacket since its a lightweight and waterproof snow jacket that is very durable, breathable and flexible. Another reason I picked this jacket is for the style flair it offers with the crisp vertical stripe pattern in grey. The jacket was perfect for skiing in Deer Valley as a first-time skier, but I could see it being used by those who are more advance.

Since outside of Sundance Park City has a laid-back atmosphere, I took full advantage of that and put together a relaxed city explorer look with the Oakley jacket:
